Centro Español - Spanish Centre

The Spanish Centre is a non profit organization working for the community  and it was created in 1976, and we are  been serving our
communities through all these years.
We are proud to have members from different ethnic backgrounds, but most of them are Spanish speaking.
As a community organization we are promoting Spanish language, culture and traditions of Spain.
Also we are assisting our young and old generations and serving to any member who might need help.
We also are promoting sportive activities among members of the community, such as football, chess competition and petanque.
Flamenco classes is part of the traditional Spanish folklore, also there are Spanish language classes for adult by qualified Spanish
Teacher.
The main Spanish  migration  to Australia starts on  1950 to 1970, as a result most of those who migrate are now pensioners or have
passed away. The Spanish speaking population in Australia is less than 2% .
